Last Updated: October 2026 Delivery Information RichTee provides delivery services within Accra and to locations outside Accra. Delivery arrangements depend on the customer's location, product availability and the type of order. Delivery Charges Within Accra Delivery within Accra costs GH₵30. The GH₵30 delivery charge is included in the amount payable to RichTee when the applicable delivery option is selected during checkout. Outside Accra RichTee does not charge a fixed delivery fee for deliveries outside Accra as part of the website order. The applicable delivery fee is paid directly by the customer to the delivery agent. The amount will be communicated during delivery arrangements. A delivery charge of GH₵0.00 shown in the RichTee order total should not be interpreted as free delivery. The delivery-agent charge is separate from the amount paid to RichTee. In-Stock Items Products currently available in RichTee stock are ready for fulfilment after the order and payment have been confirmed. There is no additional production period for an in-stock item. Actual delivery time depends on the customer's destination and delivery arrangements. Custom-Made Items Custom-made items require 7 working days of production after the order has been confirmed. The 7 working days refer to the time required to make the item and are not the delivery time. Once production is complete, delivery is arranged according to the customer's location and the applicable delivery arrangements. Sewn-to-Order Items Sewn-to-order items are usually ready within 3 working days unless otherwise communicated by RichTee. This period refers to preparation or production and is separate from the actual delivery time. Sourced-on-Order Items Some products or product options may be marked as "Sourced on order". These items are not currently being represented as physically available in RichTee stock and may need to be obtained from a supplier or another source before fulfilment. The time required may vary depending on availability. RichTee will communicate with the customer where additional information or arrangements are required. No fixed sourcing period is guaranteed unless RichTee specifically communicates one for the order. Out-of-Stock Items Products or options marked as out of stock are not currently available for normal purchase. Customers may request an out-of-stock item and RichTee will contact them regarding possible restocking or sourcing. Submitting a request does not guarantee that the item will become available. Mixed Orders If an order contains products with different fulfilment requirements, such as an in-stock item together with a sourced-on-order or custom-made item, the fulfilment arrangement may depend on when all required items are available. RichTee may contact the customer to discuss the most suitable arrangement for the order. Delivery Details Customers should provide an accurate telephone number, delivery address and any other information required to arrange delivery. Actual transportation time may depend on the customer's location, courier availability, delivery arrangements and circumstances outside RichTee's reasonable control. Customers who require an order by a particular date are encouraged to contact RichTee before or immediately after placing the order. Where possible, RichTee may discuss suitable arrangements with the customer, subject to product availability and fulfilment requirements. Working Days Where a production or preparation period is stated in working days, working days exclude weekends and public holidays. Need Help?
