Can I buy fabric without ordering an outfit?

Yes. Selected fabrics can be purchased separately where available. Product availability, quantity and other relevant information will be shown on the product page.

Can RichTee sew an outfit for me?

Yes. RichTee offers sewn-to-order and custom-made options for applicable designs. Availability will depend on the particular product or service requested.

How long does a sewn-to-order item take?

Sewn-to-order items are usually ready within 3 working days, subject to the specific order and availability. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How long does a fully custom-made order take?

Custom-made orders need 7 working days of production after the order is confirmed. Delivery is arranged once your piece is complete — the 7 working days are production time, not delivery time. Working days exclude weekends and public holidays.

How do I provide my measurements?

Where measurements are required, customers must provide accurate measurements. If you are unsure how to take your measurements, RichTee can provide guidance, including remote guidance where appropriate.

Can international customers place custom orders?

Yes, subject to RichTee's ability to fulfil and deliver the particular order. International customers requesting custom-made clothing must provide accurate measurements and any other information required to complete the outfit. Applicable delivery arrangements and costs should be confirmed before the order is finalized.

How do I place an order?

You can browse available products through the RichTee online store and follow the available ordering or checkout process. For sewn-to-order, custom-made or product-specific enquiries, you can also contact RichTee through the available WhatsApp or contact options on the website.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are displayed during the ordering or checkout process. Depending on the order, RichTee may support options such as Mobile Money, bank transfer or other approved payment methods. Always use the official payment instructions provided by RichTee.

How much does delivery cost?

Within Accra, delivery is GH₵30. Outside Accra, RichTee does not charge a delivery fee — you pay the delivery agent directly, and the applicable amount will be communicated during delivery arrangements. Full details are on our Delivery Information page and are shown again at checkout.

How long does delivery take?

Can I return or exchange an item?

Returns, exchanges and refunds are subject to RichTee's Returns & Refund Policy. Please review the policy before purchasing, particularly when ordering custom-made or sewn-to-order products.

Contact RichTee as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation. Whether an order can be changed or cancelled will depend on its current status, particularly where tailoring, customization or fulfilment has already started.

What happens if an item is unavailable?

Product availability can change. If there is an issue affecting an order after it has been placed, RichTee will contact the customer using the details provided with the order and advise on the available options.

Can I choose a fabric and have RichTee make an outfit from it?

Where the service is available, yes. You can enquire about using an available RichTee fabric for a sewn-to-order or custom-made outfit.
